Reading Tutor

Location:  Bismarck, Minot & Grand Forks
Opportunity is knocking! Red Door Pediatric Therapy has an opening for a reading tutor to join our team! Red Door will provide full training on the use of the Barton Reading System.  Opportunities to work remotely if desired.  Certified teachers desired, but applicants with a high school and college degrees will be accepted.

Tutor provides services to clients related to teaching the Barton Reading System to individuals presenting with difficulties in the area of reading and decoding.

Scheduler

Location:  Bismarck, Minot & Grand Forks
Opportunity is knocking! Red Door Pediatric Therapy has an opening for a scheduler! The purpose of the scheduler is to establish, create, monitor, manage, and manipulate the therapy schedules of multiple therapists and patients. This position includes coordinating therapies for multiple services and families who have multiple children attending Red Door Pediatric Therapy. This position is a full-time position for the purpose of taking daily calls for cancelations as well as rescheduling missed or additional appointments. This position is paramount for the daily functions of the office. This position also includes several clerical duties. Our ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and sometimes loud environment!

Scheduling Manager

Location:  Bismarck

Red Door Pediatric Therapy has an opening for a Scheduling Manager.  The Scheduling Manager position is responsible for overseeing a central scheduling department that consists of several positions across multiple locations. The Scheduling Manager reports to a Director and works directly within the Leadership Team to constantly work towards achieving scheduling goals (accuracy, creativity, and accountability). Key components of this job include effective communication with coworkers, patients, and families, as well as good organization skills.

Human Resources Specialist

Location:  Bismarck

The Human Resources Specialist position is responsible for all areas of HR compliance across multiple locations. The Human Resources Specialist reports to the Vice President of Operations and works directly within the Leadership Team to constantly work toward ensuring ongoing compliance within systems, procedures, and policies.  This position also includes (but is not limited to) duties related to recruitment, hiring, benefits, company orders, and inventory.

Requirements: Human Resources degree or a degree in a related field; HR Compliance related experience

provides services to clients related to mobility, movement, injuries, and physical conditions related to illness, disease and/or disorders.

Red Door Pediatric Therapy Physical Therapists must hold a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy and be licensed in the state of North Dakota. The ideal candidate will have enthusiasm for kids and families, but should also demonstrate exemplary skills in the following areas: organization, written/verbal language, time management and a collaborative/team approach.

provides services to clients related to articulation, phonology, receptive and expressive language, fluency, motor speech disorders, cognitive delay, social language and more.

Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
provides counseling and therapeutic services to children and adults related to emotional and mental health support. Specific topics may include: grief, trauma, life transitions, anxiety, ADHD, Autism, depression, and more.

Experience with pediatric and family therapy, play-centered therapy, anxiety/coping/calming, and parenting strategies is preferred.

The medical billing specialist organizes and performs the submission of claims to appropriate
insurance payers, troubleshoots claims, and maintains patient documentation.

Red Door Pediatric Therapy Medical Billing Specialists are professional and courteous, enjoy working with others in a fast-paced environment, and have well-developed oral and written communication skills. Preferred requirements include a two-year associated degree from a recognized college or university or 4 years experience with medical billing.
