Mandy received her Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology from the University of North Dakota in 2006. She has previous work experience in long-term care. She joined the Red Door team in 2016 and loves working with children! Mandy’s professional interests include dysphagia, orofacial myofunctional disorders, infant feeding, early language development, and articulation/phonology. She is an active member of the American Speech Language Hearing Association and the International Association of Orofacial Myology. She earned her Certification of Orofacial Myology (COM®) in February 2021. She is trained in GoMAP (Guided Oral Movement with Active Patterning for Infant and Toddler Feeding).
Mandy and her husband Matt are from Bismarck and have 4 kiddos. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, reading, and cooking.
Amber received her Masters of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology from the University of North Dakota in 2006. Originally from Velva, ND, she has found a home in Bismarck following graduation. Amber’s experience in the hospital setting allowed a varied caseload including outpatient adults and pediatrics, NICU, acute care, inpatient rehab and long term care. Her professional interests include autism, childhood apraxia of speech, auditory processing, chromosomal disorders, augmentative and alternative communication and pediatric dysphagia (swallowing disorders). Amber holds Autism Certification through UND, certification in PECS, apraxia treatment training in PROMPT and training in the evaluation and treatment of pediatric dysphagia. Amber believes strongly that a whole language approach focusing on the child’s strengths; communication and coordination of service delivery with other providers; and keeping family’s goals and carryover needs can lead to greater outcomes. She holds a current license from the North Dakota State Board of Examiners on Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology and is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
Amber serves on the North Dakota Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology. She is slowly learning to snowboard and knit from her husband as they spend time with their cats and new baby boy.
Sara received her Master’s of Occupational Therapy degree from the University of North Dakota in 2013. She spent her first year as an occupational therapist working with adults/older adults in the Bismarck/Mandan area. Her previous work experiences include acute care, subacute care, inpatient rehab, and long term care. Sara has always had a passion for working with kids and was excited to join the Red Door Pediatric Therapy team in the summer of 2014! Her professional interests currently include sensory integration/sensory processing, developmental delays, and autism spectrum disorders. Sara is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association and the North Dakota Occupational Therapy Association. She hopes to further her education by taking a more active role in these associations and other specialized groups.
Sara is from Bismarck and enjoys spending time with family and friends, participating in outdoor activities, spending weekends at the lake, traveling, and learning about her professional interests!
Tia-Lee received an associate’s degree from Rasmussen College in 2009. She has experience working in child care and operated an in-home daycare for 3 years. Tia has experience with insurance companies, web-based billing systems, coding and scheduling. Her professional interests include utilization of spreadsheets, efficient scheduling, and excellent consumer relations. Tia maintains current compliance standards with insurance companies throughout the midwest.
She has one boy and one girl, both keep her busy and on her toes! Tia loves cats and spending time with friends and family.
Brianna received her Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Mary in 2015. She has experience working with pediatrics in several settings, including outpatient and school system. Brianna also has experience with the adult population as an acute care therapist . She joined the Red Door team in 2016 and is very passionate about working with children! Brianna’s professional interests include autism spectrum disorders, sensory processing, self-regulation, and feeding.
Brianna is from Mandan where she lives with her husband and children. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the lake, boating, and other outdoor activities.
Stephanie received her Master’s of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology in 2008 from Minot State University. Go Beavers! Red Door Pediatric Therapy has been her home ever since. Throughout her career, she has experienced the unique challenges and great rewards of working with the children and families of this community. Stephanie’s professional interests include literacy, stuttering, and diagnostics. She is a member of the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association.
Stephanie and her husband John are Bismarck natives. They are also the proud parents of three children and enjoy anything that includes family, music, or the great outdoors.
Kelli received her master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of North Dakota in 2001. Kelli worked as a school Speech Language Pathologist in Kansas and North Dakota until 2005. In 2006, Kelli opened Red Door Pediatric Therapy in Bismarck with Heather Arnt. In 2014, Kelli and Heather expanded operations to Minot. Kelli’s professional interests include the autism spectrum, auditory processing, augmentative alternative communication, myofunctional approaches to treatment, and language development. Kelli holds a Certificate in Autism Spectrum Disorders. Kelli served on the North Dakota Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology for several years and is an active member of the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association.
Kelli is the mother of 4 busy girls and enjoys food and time at the lake.
