- What made Red Door stand out to you when initially applying for your role?
While I was teaching preschool at Head Start, I was assisting a parent in finding additional services for her son. I came across some pamphlets at the school and picked one up—it included a website, so I decided to check it out. As I was reading about the services offered, I noticed a job posting for an SLP or SLPA position. I applied—and the rest is history! I truly love the positive work environment and the collaborative spirit here. - What has been your favorite experience at Red Door?
Everyone has been incredibly supportive and understanding throughout my journey toward earning my master’s degree - What has been your favorite team outing so far?
I always enjoy hanging out with everyone, but Company Day is definitely my favorite.
