Dawn has joined Red Door Pediatric Therapy in addition to maintaining a flourishing career as a licensed Realtor®. She’s thrilled to be a part of the Red Door Pediatric team, as it will allow her to continue to pursue her passion of helping people and supporting her community.
Dawn grew up on a ranch in Mandan and currently resides in Lincoln. She adores her two children and loves spending her leisure time traveling, relaxing on the river, or riding her motorcycle.
Katie has worked in the health insurance industry for 14 years as a claims processor. She brings an understanding of the other side of the medical billing process. Katie is persistent and thrives on challenges. She is always ready to learn something new or find ways to make processes more efficient.
Katie was born in Oklahoma, but was raised on a small hobby farm outside of Carrington, ND. She lived in Bismarck for 15 years, and currently has been residing in Mandan for the last 3 1/2 years with her husband and two children. In her spare time, Katie spends time keeping her kids very busy running from one activity to the next. She is a parent leader in the special needs community, especially in the apraxia world as her son has an apraxia diagnosis. He was also recently diagnosed with autism and ADHD so she is finding her place in that realm of supporting her son as well as other families in the community. She loves to be involved with events and activities for our children with disabilities such as the ND Walk for Childhood Apraxia of Speech, which she chairs. She is a member of the iCan Bike camp planning committee and participates in events hosted by the Bisman Autism Families. Katie loves to cook, bake, and create fun cakes and treats.
Susan joined the Red Door Pediatric Therapy team in Minot as an office aide in June, 2017.
Prior to this, she worked as a phlebotomist for Trinity Health, business manager for Harley Davidson, and owner/bookkeeper of a construction company for 23 years. She has lived in Minot most of her life She has a son in Portland, Oregon and a daughter in Fargo, ND. She has 5 grandchildren and 3 step grandchildren.
Susan loves to spend time with family and friends, enjoys cooking, watching movies, and riding her Harley whenever possible.
Brenda joined Red Door Pediatric Therapy in 2016 on an as needed basis, but then became part time in 2017! She works as an office aide at the Minot location. Brenda worked on the Trinity Hospital Pediatric floor for 3 years and for Joan’s Hallmark for 10 years. Brenda enjoys interacting with people! Brenda was born and raised in Minot and is married to her husband Gregg. They have 4 grown children.
Brenda enjoys traveling, gardening, shopping, and most of all spending time with her family and their 3 dogs.
Before coming to Red Door, Leslie worked for a staffing agency in the HR department. This is where she learned the true meaning of being compassionate toward others.
Leslie loves to stay busy and loves life in general. It’s very rare to see her without a smile on her face.
Leslie currently resides in Bismarck with her husband and two daughters. Leslie keeps busy by hunting, crafting, painting, refurbishing furniture, and spending quality time with family and especially spending as much time as possible with her grandchildren. One of her life long dreams is to go to Mexico and swim with the dolphins.
Prior to joining Red Door, Kelly worked in the hospital setting for over 20 years. She has experience as a medical biller and holds a certificate as a medical coder. Kelly loves being busy and having a variety of jobs to do.
Kelly is a self proclaimed “Army brat” and has traveled the country. Her father retired after 20 years and settled in his home state. Kelly has been married to Daryl for 30 plus years (incidentally he is from the same hometown as her father). She has two boys. Kelly loves to travel! She also enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. She is a bit of a prankster, so watch out! Kelly believes, “Life is too short not to make someone laugh.” She is always trying to come up with new ideas for everyone to have some fun.
