Karlie attended the University of North Dakota where she received her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy in 2020. Karlie’s previous experience includes fieldwork in acute patient rehab, pediatric outpatient rehab, and the school system. Karlie’s professional interests include working on sensory integration and self-care skills. Karlie has a passion for working with children and is super excited to be on the Red Door Therapy team!
Karlie is originally from Jamestown, ND. She loves to spend time with her family and animals back home. She also loves to travel and enjoys doing photography as her hobby.

Paige McCullough, OTR/L

Paige McCullough, OTR/L

Paige received her Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science from Concordia College in 2017 and her Master’s of Occupational Therapy degree from the University of North Dakota in 2020. Paige’s previous experience includes fieldwork in the school system, acute care, inpatient psych, and inpatient rehabilitation. She has always had a passion for kids and was excited to join the Red Door Pediatric Therapy team following graduation in Spring of 2020! Her professional interests currently include sensory integration, self-care, and emotional regulation. Paige is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association and the North Dakota Occupational Therapy Association.

Paige is originally from Fargo, ND. She enjoys traveling, attending sporting events, and spending time with family and friends!

Hayle Hauser, OTR/L

Hayle Hauser, OTR/L

Hayle received her Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy degree from the University of Mary in 2019. Hayle’s professional interests include mental health, sensory integration, self-regulation, and helping children reach their full potential.

Hayle loves spending time with her family and friends, coffee, camping, and working on arts and crafts projects in her spare time.

Geena Schmidt, MS OTR/L

Geena Schmidt, MS OTR/L

Geena received her Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Mary in 2017. She completed her Level II fieldworks at Red Door and in a regional acute care hospital.
Her professional interests include self care, self-regulation, and sensory integration. Geena is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association. She serves as a board member for the North Dakota Occupational Therapy Association.

Geena is originally from Stanley, North Dakota, but currently resides in Minot with her husband and two dogs. She enjoys outdoor leisure activities, traveling, and hosting dinner for family and friends.

Heather Weisbeck, MS, OTR/L

Heather received her Master’s of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Mary in 2014. Heather’s previous experience includes fieldwork in pediatrics, acute rehab, transitional care unit, and in long term care. She has been with Red Door since January 2015. Heather is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association and North Dakota Occupational Therapy Association. Heather’s professional interests include autism spectrum disorders, sensory processing, self-regulation, and feeding.

Heather lives in Bismarck with her husband and son. Her interests are spending time with family and friends, photography, playing sports, swing dancing, and traveling.

Erin Imsland, OTR/L

Erin received her Master’s of Occupational Therapy degree from the University of North Dakota in 2016. Erin’s previous pediatric experience includes fieldwork at Red Door as well as an inpatient psych facility. She also has experience with adult and geriatric populations in acute rehab, psych, and long term care. After graduating, Erin was excited to return to Bismarck, Red Door, and pediatric occupational therapy. Her professional interests include self-regulation, sensory integration, and social skills. Erin is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association.

Erin is from Bismarck and enjoys spending time with friends and family, biking, sports, coffee, and traveling.

Lindsay Jolley, COTA

Lindsay Jolley, COTA

Lindsay received her Associates of Science in Occupational Therapy Assisting from Lake Area Technical Institute in 2008. She has previously worked in long term care, outpatient therapy, and in the school systems. She joined the Red Door team in 2016 and is excited to continue working with children. Lindsay’s professional interests include sensory integration, autism spectrum disorders, behavior management.

Lindsay is from Scobey, MT but recently moved to Minot with her husband and 2 children. Lindsay enjoys traveling, reading, camping, singing, and spending time with family and friends.

Sara Erickson, Offsite Coordinator, MOTR/L

Sara Erickson, Offsite Coordinator, MOTR/L

Sara received her Master’s of Occupational Therapy degree from the University of North Dakota in 2013. She spent her first year as an occupational therapist working with adults/older adults in the Bismarck/Mandan area. Her previous work experiences include acute care, subacute care, inpatient rehab, and long term care. Sara has always had a passion for working with kids and was excited to join the Red Door Pediatric Therapy team in the summer of 2014! Her professional interests currently include sensory integration/sensory processing, developmental delays, and autism spectrum disorders. Sara is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association and the North Dakota Occupational Therapy Association. She hopes to further her education by taking a more active role in these associations and other specialized groups.

Sara is from Bismarck and enjoys spending time with family and friends, participating in outdoor activities, spending weekends at the lake, traveling, and learning about her professional interests!
