Seriann Birchem, DPT
Seriann attended the University of Mary where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training in 2017 and her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy in 2020. Seriann’s previous experience includes fieldwork in the rural outpatient setting, men’s and women’s health, NICU/acute care childrens, and children’s outpatient and bowel/bladder program. Seriann’s professional interests include working on biking skills and pediatric orthopedics. Seriann enjoys working with children because each one is a unique puzzle piece and brings their own attitude and skills to each session.
Seriann is originally from Wahpeton, ND. She loves to travel, spend time with her family at the lake, and to try new things.

Alexis Morlok, DPT

Alexis received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Mary in Bismarck in 2016. Alexis’s professional interests include assessing children’s walking and running patterns (gait), orthotics and core mechanics. Alexis has a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; she loves nerding out with the angles and the forces that our bodies make.
Alexis is originally from Menoken, ND. She now lives back out there only a mile from the family farm. She has three young boys who keep her and her husband quite busy. In her spare time, her passions include: dad jokes, puns, running, audible books and excel.

Amanda Weisz, PTA (Licensed Assistant)

Amanda received her Associates of Applied Science as a Physical Therapy Assistant from Lakes Area Technical Institute in 2016. Amanda’s professional interests include working with children to develop gross motor skills that address delays and neurological disorders. She loves the joy that comes from working with kids and making therapy a fun experience for everyone.

Amanda is originally from Wahpeton, ND. She loves to travel, read, and spend time with friends and family.

Kayla Werner, MS, SLP

Kayla received her Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language-Hearing Sciences and her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Minnesota State University-Moorhead. Kayla’s professional interests include early language development, articulation/phonology, and apraxia of speech. She loves working with kids and being able to support their communication needs.

Kayla is originally from West Fargo, ND and recently moved to Bismarck. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family, being outdoors, watching movies, shopping and coffee.

Hayle received her Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy degree from the University of Mary in 2019. Hayle’s professional interests include mental health, sensory integration, self-regulation, and helping children reach their full potential.

Hayle loves spending time with her family and friends, coffee, camping, and working on arts and crafts projects in her spare time.

Ashley Brown

Ashley Brown

Ashley received her Masters of Education from the University of Mary in 2013. Originally from Canada, Ashley lives in Bismarck with her husband and son. Ashley has been a special education teacher for 7 years. She has experienced teaching all avenues of special education, but currently teaches students with Emotional Disorders at Mandan Middle School. She enjoys putting her Masters in Learning Disabilities to good use while providing tutoring using the Barton Reading and Spelling System. She believes every child deserves a chance to read and write. She loves facilitating the growth of functional skills using a systematic approach.

Ashley is currently a member of the National Education Association and enjoys spending time with family and her two cats.

Caitlin Muller, Licensed Professional Counselor

Caitlin Muller, Licensed Professional Counselor

Caitlin is a Licensed Professional Counselor and received her Bachelors of Science in Psychology and Masters of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, both from North Dakota State University. Her previous experiences include working in residential treatment, inpatient settings, and community based services providing therapy in the school setting. Caitlin has received training in the Attachment, Regulation, Self-Competency (ARC) treatment framework, as well as Sensory Motor Arousal Regulation Treatment (SMART). Her professional interests include developmental trauma, attachment, anxiety, regulation skills, and play therapy.

Caitlin enjoys reading, relaxing outside with a cup of coffee, hiking in National Parks, and spending time with her two cats.

Heather Weisbeck, MS, OTR/L

Heather received her Master’s of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Mary in 2014. Heather’s previous experience includes fieldwork in pediatrics, acute rehab, transitional care unit, and in long term care. She has been with Red Door since January 2015. Heather is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association and North Dakota Occupational Therapy Association. Heather’s professional interests include autism spectrum disorders, sensory processing, self-regulation, and feeding.

Heather lives in Bismarck with her husband and son. Her interests are spending time with family and friends, photography, playing sports, swing dancing, and traveling.

Erin Imsland, OTR/L

Erin received her Master’s of Occupational Therapy degree from the University of North Dakota in 2016. Erin’s previous pediatric experience includes fieldwork at Red Door as well as an inpatient psych facility. She also has experience with adult and geriatric populations in acute rehab, psych, and long term care. After graduating, Erin was excited to return to Bismarck, Red Door, and pediatric occupational therapy. Her professional interests include self-regulation, sensory integration, and social skills. Erin is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association.

Erin is from Bismarck and enjoys spending time with friends and family, biking, sports, coffee, and traveling.

Linaya Ming, MS CCC-SLP

Linaya Ming, MS CCC-SLP

Linaya received her Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Language Hearing Sciences and Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Minnesota State University Moorhead. She also holds her Autism Certificate, and is certified in Beckman Oral Motor Stretches and Massage. She spent her first 3 years working at a private practice pediatric clinic in Fargo, North Dakota. Linaya has experience with articulation, language delays, fluency, voice, cognition, and alternative and augmentative communication. Linaya’s areas of interest include: autism spectrum disorders, voice, and speech sound disorders. She is a member of the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association. In her free time Linaya enjoys traveling, reading, being outdoors, and watching anything sports related (especially hockey and football)!
